The whisky was produced at the Sydney Brewery Hunter Valley, which sits inside the Schwartz-owned Crowne Plaza resort. The doctors added a distillery to the brewery in 2013, and this first release was distilled in 2016 and matured for six years in a Rosebrook Estate ex-port cask.
