Kinglake Distillery Nicks Wine Merchants Single Cask Selection Cask Strength ($135)

Nicks Wine Merchants took a road trip to Kinglake last year and tasted a number of cask samples at the distillery. Eventually, they selected an ex-port cask whisky to bottle at cask strength under a Nicks label, and that whisky is now available via their website. 


Starward Chardonnay Casks Single Malt Whisky Specialty Barrel Series ($179)

The latest in Starward’s Small Batch program, and the first Starward fully matured in white wine casks. The French oak chardonnay casks used where sourced from wineries in the Yarra Valley and Margaret River wine regions.


Archie Rose Smoked Heritage Rye Malt Whisky ($149)

The fourteenth release in Archie Rose’s Trials & Exceptions series. Here, the heritage rye component in the mash bill was smoked with native stringybark wood by Voyager Craft Malt.


Highwayman Single Malt Whisky Batch #3.7 Peatera Pt.1 ($249)

The latest release from Dan Woolley’s Highwayman, where heavily peated spirit was matured in a 100 litre French oak super heavy char apera cask.


McHenry Distillery Single Malt Whisky Release 34 Lunar ($180)

‘Lunar’ is the latest release from McHenry Distillery. Matured for just shy of six years in a 100 litre French oak ex-sherry cask. A cask strength option (55%) is also available.


Sullivans Cove 21 Year Old American Oak Single Cask ($2250)

The 21 year old American oak single cask covered a few weeks back will go live in the next Sullivans Cove ballot on March 20. 


Whisky in Isolation ‘A Southern Gentleman’ Single Malt Whisky

Justin Farmer’s latest Whisky in Isolation bottling will land in late March, a single cask selection from Hobart Whisky matured in a small ex-Jack Daniel’s barrel.
