Killara Single Malt Whisky KD056 Shiraz Cask ($330)

Kristy Booth-Lark has just released her latest whisky, a 100 litre shiraz cask malt bottled at cask strength.


The Gospel Straight Rye Whiskey Single Cask #147  ($150)

The latest single cask straight rye from The Gospel was recently released. This is the first wholly Brunswick distilled and matured single cask the team have released.


Upshot Red Corn Whiskey ($128)

The latest addition to Upshot’s corn series, this time making use of a rare heirloom variety also known as ‘Jimmy Red’ (review here).


Waubs Harbour Preview Series ($170-$220)

A taste of what’s to come from Waubs Harbour Whisky in Bicheno, Tasmania. The Bond 3 Preview Series was distilled at another location and matured at the distillery in Bicheno ahead of Waubs’ first release due out next year (review here).


Spirit Thief American Oak Cabernet and Bourbon ($150)

The latest from Spirit Thief, a marriage of single malt whisky matured in 30% American oak ex-Bourbon casks and 70% American oak cabernet casks from South Australia’s Clare Valley wine region.

Another 30th anniversary bottling from Lark, this one finished in casks that previously held Seppeltsfield’s Para Liqueur 1992 vintage. 100ml of the 1992 Para Liqueur is included in the price.
